Current Fitness GoalsKnow that feeling – when you set out to lose 15 pounds, manage to lose 10 and look and feel great! You treat yourself to some junk food (after all you’ve earned it) take a few days off gym… and the next thing you know, you have fallen off the weight loss wagon with those 5 pounds still hanging on you! Urgh
