Here is another smoothie bowl mix for you to satisfy your sweet tooth first thing in the morning! And its good for you!

Blend up:

3 dates

1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder (I used Vega-One, it is plant based and clean)

2 bananas

Crushed ice

Top it up with:

Blueberries, flax seeds and a drizzle of 100% pure date syrup
