Berry Smoothie Bowl Recipe

I am absolutely obsessed with smoothie bowls. They are nourishing, colorful and so much fun!

You can be as creative as you want and pack on all kinds of fruits, seeds, nuts and decorate away. The possibilities are endless!

They look beautiful and are great for your health. You can have them for breakfast, as a post workout snack or a smaller serving for dessert.

Here are some of my favorite berry Smoothie Bowl recipes for you. I don’t even want to call them recipes because they are the simplest thing ever.

Strawberry Banana Smoothie Bowl

You will need:

1 cup strawberries
1 banana
2 tbsp almond milk

Combine all the ingredients in a blender till smooth.

Top with blueberries, blackberries, banana, chia seeds and flax seeds.

Peanut Butter and Jelly Smoothie Bowl

You will need:

1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
1 frozen banana
1 tbsp peanut butter
1/4 cup almond milk

Combine all the ingredients in a blender till smooth.

Top with raspberries, granola, goji berries and cashews.

Raspberry and Blueberry Smoothie Bowl

You will need:

½ cup raspberries
½ cup blueberries
4 crushed ice cubes

Combine all the ingredients in a blender till smooth.

Top with goji berries, flax seeds and blueberries.

Strawberry Creamsicle Smoothie Bowl

You will need:

½ cup strawberries
2 peaches
1 banana

Combine all the ingredients in a blender till smooth.

Top with granola, flaxseed and grapes.
