The Best Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe 

The only cookie recipe you will ever need! Because – it is absolutely delicious, easy to make, only requires a handful of ingredients, its vegan, gluten-free, has no refined sugar AND … it made my whole house smell heavenly! (think cookie heaven – they should bottle that thing!)

It was an instant hit with my family and if you are wondering why there are only a handful of em in the thumbnail or when I show the baked cookies in the end of the video, trust me guys, I made like, a big batch and most were gone before I could shoot that part. As soon as the cookies came out of the oven, I was like ‘I’ll let them cool down for a while put the ingredients and stuff away’. The smell gave away that the cookies were done and let’s just say someone sneaky attacked the kitchen and made a good 5-6 cookies disappear within a few minutes.

Ingredients:

¾ cup brown rice flour

6 tablespoon organic unrefined maple syrup (or any natural liquid sweetener of your choice e.g date syrup)

2 teaspoons baking powder

2-3 tablespoons coconut sugar

½ cup chocolate chips

¾ cup organic almond butter

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

1 tablespoon regular unsulphured molasses

Optional: a pinch of sea salt

Directions:

Mix in your all your dry ingredients in one bowl and all your wet ingredients in another. Then mix the two together. Add in your chocolate chips in the end. Scoop out about one tablespoon for each cookie and place it on a parchment paper on the baking tray. Pre-heat your oven at 350 degrees and bake for about 8-10 minutes.

They will come out smelling amazing! Crispy on the outside and totally gooey on the inside.
