3-Layer Breakfast Parfait – Healthy Breakfast Recipe

Some FroYo parfait fun happening right now in my kitchen! But you know how I like to do it? All clean cheats, made with all healthy and natural ingredients! Seriously, this stuff is as good to eat as it is to look at! It’s tastes like desert, but is so healthy that I have it for breakfast or even lunch.

3-Layer Breakfast Parfait – Healthy Breakfast Recipe

Here is how I make it:

1st layer –  Strawberry Banana ‘Nicecream’; which is basically banana ice cream, simply made by blending up frozen bananas, raspberries and strawberries together in a food processor or blender.

2nd layer – Coconut yogurt *(I used the Coyo Yogurt, you can use any brand or dairy yogurt if you prefer)

3rd layer – Toppings of your choice. I used homemade granola, fresh fruits (more strawberries, blueberries and mulberries) and a drizzle of honey.
